"Still Looks Amazing After So Many Washes"
I bought a hoodie from umaiclothing.com a while back, i’ve worn and washed it a ton already. I was expecting the print to start cracking or fading like a few other hoodies I’ve owned, but it still looks almost brand new. The quality really surprised me in the best way. It’s one of those little purchases that makes you feel like you actually got your money’s worth, and that genuinely makes me really happy.

"Pretty good for the price"
The material feels nice and there’s just something about it that feels better than I expected for the price. I washed it once already and the stitching held up fine, so I’m happy with it.

"Color was true to the photos"
I ordered a hoodie from umaiclothing.com, and overall the color was pretty much what I thought I was getting. The photos made it look like a soft washed blue, and in person it was just a little darker, but still a really nice shade.
I’d give it 4 stars because under indoor lighting it didn’t look exactly the same as the pictures, but that kind of depends on the room and lighting anyway. I’d still buy from them again, I’d just expect a slight difference in color depending on where you’re looking at it

"Exchange was fine, just slower than I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and, for me, the sizing felt a little smaller than I was expecting. The quality seemed totally fine in my opinion, but the fit just wasn’t quite right on me.
The return/exchange process did work, but it felt a bit slow from my side. It took a few days to hear back, and I ended up following up once, which wasn’t a huge deal but was a little frustrating.
I did get the exchange in the end, so overall I’m okay with the experience. I’d maybe order again, but personally I’d pay closer attention to the sizing next time.

The website looks good overall and I was able to find what I needed eventually, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. Some items took longer to track down than I expected, and the filters didn’t feel as helpful as they could be. A few pages also loaded a bit slowly for me. It’s not a bad site by any means, just feels like it could use some polishing.

I ordered from umaiclothing.com, and the clothes were totally fine once they arrived. Based on this order, though, I’d say their shipping seems to run a little slower than I expected.
The tracking did update here and there, but not often enough to feel very helpful, so I kept checking it more than I wanted to. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re waiting on a package.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t call it fast either. I might order from them again, but probably not if I needed something by a certain date

"Refund finally came through"
The refund did come through in the end, so that’s fine, but it taking a few days was kind of annoying. I kept checking and wondering what was going on. At least it’s sorted now.

My order did show up in the end, but the tracking was kind of weird. Updates were slow and not very clear, so I kept checking because I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. The clothes are fine, but the shipping info could definitely be better.

"Still holding up after a bunch of washes"
I’ve tossed this hoodie in the wash like 6 or 7 times now, it’s still looking solid. No weird shrinking or anything, and the print hasn’t really cracked except for a tiny bit if you’re really inspecting it up close.
The only kinda meh thing is the color faded a little after I washed it warm, so I’d def stick with cold water. But overall, I’m still happy with it, it’s a dope hoodie

"Sizing has been steady so far"
I've ordered a few things from Umai Clothing now and, yeah, the sizing has been consistent for me overall. The shirts and hoodies pretty much fit how I expected them to, which is nice because I don't have to overthink it too much. I did take off one star, though, because one of the tees felt just a little tighter than the others, but like, not enough to be a huge issue.

"Not bad at all for the price"
I grabbed this mostly because the price was right, it’s decent. It’s not some super high-end thing, but I wasn’t expecting that anyway. For what I paid, the quality feels good enough, and it does the job. Kind of one of those purchases where you’re like, okay, yeah, this worked out.

I ordered a shirt from Umai Clothing and overall it was just okay. The fit was fine, but the fabric wasn’t really my favorite. It felt decent at first, not terrible or anything, but after wearing it for most of the day it started feeling a little rough. I also kind of felt passed around when trying to get clear info about it, which made the whole experience a bit more frustrating. For the price, it’s not bad, but I was expecting it to feel a little softer and more comfortable.

I ordered from umaiclothing.com and, the delivery was smooth. The package showed up when they said it would, and the tracking kept updating properly, which I always appreciate. There was a small delay before it got dispatched but... not a big deal in the end. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I had a question about my order and expected to wait a while, like a day or two, or get one of those generic replies that doesn’t really answer anything. But they got back to me way faster than I thought. The person was really nice too, not robotic or copy-pastey, and actually helped me figure it out. They answered my question, cleared up the confusion, and got everything sorted the same day. It was one of those support experiences where you’re like, okay, that was easy for once. Happy with the service.

"Sizing was right on"
I ordered from umaiclothing.com and, like most people, I was a little unsure about the sizing at first. But i just stuck with my usual size and checked the size chart, and it worked out perfectly. The fit was exactly what I’d expect, not too tight, not too loose. Simple: if you know your normal size and take a minute to look at the chart, you should be fine. I’d definitely order the same size again
